We started the preparatory works for the construction of the VÁCLAV Polyfunctional House in November 2022. Together with these key steps, rescue archaeological research was started on the Church Square in Ostrava, which is being carried out by the National Institute of Monuments, the regional specialist in Ostrava, Archaia Brno and the Ostrava Museum. This research should be completed by the end of 2023.
Now the main attention is focused on the processing of the necessary documentation, which is necessary for starting the construction of the building itself. We have already applied for a building permit and work on the documentation for the construction is in progress. Construction of the building itself should begin in 2024.
